Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Facebook is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to drive growth initiatives for our suite of publisher ad monetization products. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled operator, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to drive consensus across product, marketing and sales teams in a fast-paced technology or digital media company. This individual will lead annual and semi-annual go-to-market planning for a segment, co-develop growth programs and will collaborate with key stakeholders to set go-to-market priorities and goals. This person will also be a strong communicator who can confidently share the solutions roadmap to educate and inspire internal and external partners at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play a primary role in developing the holistic adoption and growth strategy for the Ad Monetisation products in App
  • Set and own goals to drive adoption of priority solutions
  • Develop detailed go-to-market strategies and documents for focus area(s), working cross-functionally with teams around the world in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, Measurement & Analytics
  • Lead ongoing go to market forum of XFN partners to ensure team is fully informed and hitting key milestones
  • Partner with PMMs, Product, Sales and other cross-functional teams to develop business solutions that educate and inspire internal and external partners
  • Distill market feedback into market intelligence that informs product teams
  • Consult with Product teams to help shape feature development based on industry needs
  • Work with Marketing to ensure product materials are customized for regional use and local marketing channels are effectively leveraged and coordinate with PR to devise launch strategies for featured products
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree
  • 6+ years work experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
  • Industry knowledge of the App Eco System
  • Market orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience presenting to business audiences
  • Experience influencing key stakeholders and driving resolution
  • Experience creating business solutions and working cross-functionally to educate and inspire internal and external partners
