Product Marketing Lead, Business Integrity

Facebook seeks a leader for the risk, policy and enforcement pillar within Business Integrity who is knowledgeable and passionate about upholding our commitment that Facebook remains a safe and trusted environment for businesses and people. Traits in a successful leader will be technical acuity, maturity and good judgment, accountability and follow-through. This Product Marketing Lead will partner closely with cross-functional teams within Facebook including Product Management within and outside of Business Integrity as well as Policy and Legal teams, Operations, and Sales. S/he must thrive as a leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, and be able to successfully manage a team to deliver on our ads mission of creating meaningful connections between businesses and people. This is a full-time position based at Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park.


  • This team leader will support a team and cross-organization efforts to inform product strategy, in partnership with product management and engineering, with a focus on risk, policies and enforcement, as well as related areas. S/he will drive both in-bound as well as the guide development of the go-to-market plan for every product in the portfolio through the following skills:
  • -Identify long-term opportunities for business integrity based on regional understanding, analysis and a strategic view needs of Facebook's business
  • -Manage cross-functional efforts related to new and existing ad policies, including emerging risk on the platform
  • -Market assessment and requirements including impact analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • -Manage high performing team of at least 2+ individuals
  • -Manage high-priority, fast-moving decisions and communications regarding policy changes or enforcement
  • 12+ years work experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology
  • 7+ years experience in the advertising or communications sector and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
