Postdoctoral Researcher, Polymer Science

We are currently seeking an innovative postdoctoral researcher to assist our team in development of cutting-edge polymer chemistry and fabrication process. The role is focused on laboratory work to understand the fundamentals of the polymer chemistry and physics in this field and to improve polymer performance to meet the commercialization needs. Also, the role will work on inkjet printing formulation and process development.
POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER, POLYMER SCIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct experiments to understand the fundamentals of the polymer chemistry and physics to validate hypothesis
- Improve polymer performance towards product application by the scalable approach
- Develop inkjet printing formulation and process
- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Ph.D. degree in the field of polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, chemistry physics, chemical engineering, or a related field
- Must be available to start employment on or after June 1, 2019
- 4+ years experience with chemistry lab work and experiment design
- Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
- Experience in inkjet printing formulation and process
