Facebook is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Agency Trading team which manages Facebook's partnership programmes with media agencies. A core part of this role will involve: ;Programme design, structuring and evolution ;Programme activation and roll-out ;Operational effectiveness and deal management ;Business performance management You will partner closely with both in market and centrally based sales teams, key FB leadership teams, as well as other cross functional groups such as Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Finance, Business Applications Development, Legal and Compliance. As well having a proven track record in the design and project management of complex strategic partnership programmes, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly XFN-centric role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with the Global Head of Trading, own the design, development, roll-out and management of Facebook's partnership programmes with media agencies. This includes programme strategy, planning and execution.
  • Partner with local, regional and global sales and other XFN partners to take our partnership initiatives to market and drive programme success.
  • Evaluate, structure and guide market deal proposals and drive efficient processes for teams to negotiate successful partnership frameworks and media agreements in market.
  • Develop and manage activation strategy to drive effective and efficient scaling across multiple territories and regions.
  • Drive operational excellence through process and policy improvements. Identify opportunities that can streamline the programme design and deal structuring process and improve efficiency and return of the programme.
  • Own business performance analysis capabilities that drive deep understanding of the performance drivers and demonstrate programme ROI and effectiveness.
  • Conduct complex analytical projects using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive programme development and decision making.
  • Lead the design, roll-out, maintenance and development of systems, processes and data to track deal performance.
  • Manage a team of 4.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BSc required in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field).
  • 10+ years of work experience required in Strategy consulting, Sales Operations, Sales Finance and/or 8+ years with MBA/Master's degree (pref. Business Management).
  • Advanced excel and data manipulation skills are a must.
  • 5+ years' experience of people management.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's / MBA from top institutions. Exceptional project management skills driving concurrent and complex strategic partnership programmes in a global cross functional environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including design, roll-out and continuous process improvement stages. Creative thinker with strong strategic problem-solving skills. Articulate, adaptable and assertive communicator and leader. Strong team working and influencing skills. Excellent consultative and quantitative/analytical skills. Ability to convince and influence senior leaders through data and analysis in a clear, compelling and concise manner.
  • Proven experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media) is preferable.
