Partner Product Marketing Manager - Creators, Media Partnerships

Facebook seeks an experienced product marketing professional to join the Partner Product Marketing team within Media Partnerships focused on creators. As a Partner Product Marketer focused on creators within the entertainment vertical, you will work closely with those Strategic Partner Managers and align to their book of business. The objective of this role is to help these partners adopt solutions across Facebook like Watch, Live, Ad Breaks and Branded Content. The ideal candidate will work on major creator-specific product launches, set creator-level product adoption goals and objectives, and prioritize creator requests for product optimization. Success in this position requires an understanding of Facebook's media products, a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards creators, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams plus stakeholders in a matrixed organization. This is a full-time position located in our Los Angeles, California office.


  • Partner closely with creator partnerships team to drive product understanding and adoption that helps creators reach their objectives on Facebook
  • Distill and surface creator feedback to product teams for new and existing media products
  • Aggregate creator product needs into broader trends/analysis
  • Identify scalable path to grow creators on Facebook
  • Engage supporting roles like Partner Services, Media Operations and Marketing through cross-functional, cross-vertical and cross-office collaboration
  • Organize and conduct feedback sessions with creators that help to identify our greatest opportunities within existing products and emerging businesses
  • Be a reliable source of insight on products in the media & entertainment ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 7+ years of experience within marketing, product, or partnerships
  • Familiarity with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from customers or users, and summarizing usage trends to inform product decisions
  • Able to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently
  • An understanding of Facebook's media products, a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards creators, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams plus stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levels that drive internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Experience in a partner-facing capacity that includes presentation skills
