Outreach Growth & Compliance Reporting Manager

The People Compliance team provides innovative global HR compliance solutions while driving business value through risk mitigation, proactive program design, and strategic partnerships. As part of that team, the Outreach Growth & Compliance Reporting Manager will have a player/coach role designing and driving our programs supporting candidates and employees with disabilities on a daily basis while also leading a team focused on government reporting, metrics and insights as well as veteran outreach and engagement. We are looking for a leader to help cultivate and implement our long-term roadmap and take our existing programs to the next level.


  • Program development for People with Disabilities:
  • Partner with and leverage Recruiting and Diversity POCs to develop and operationalize tailored strategies to reach qualified candidates with disabilities
  • Further develop existing and engage with new talent sources, partner organizations and events to create a customized recruitment approach for people with disabilities, globally
  • Provide data analysis and recommendations to guide global facilities design and support as well as system/tool accessibility
  • Engage with community based organizations and events to drive awareness and brand recognition as employer of choice for people with disabilities
  • Management and Engagement:
  • Increase awareness through training, communication and just in time resources
  • Use influence to drive engagement and accountability across partners, at all levels
  • Develop and guide SME team to:
  • Ensure best practice implementation for compliance with Section 503 and VEVRAA requirements and related U.S. government reporting
  • Drive innovative and compliant continuous improvement to self-id implementation approach
  • Track outreach and related data for insights to influence strategy and resource allocation
  • Continue to advance our efforts supporting and engaging veteran candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years HR experience with particular depth in Affirmative Action, Diversity or Employee Relations
  • Experience with project and program management
  • Communication, consulting and facilitation skills
  • Experience in fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to innovate and influence cross-functionally, at all levels
  • Experience leading, developing and growing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data-driven programs, research and analytics
  • Knowledge and experience with latest regulatory changes and reporting obligations related to affirmative action, Section 503 and/or VEVRAA compliance
  • Familiarity with global hiring legislation and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
