Facebook is seeking a leader for our Mobile Partnerships group to develop and enhance successful partnerships and influence internal and external partners and industry stakeholders in the mobile industry. This job requires high levels of creativity and strategic thinking, as you'll be a key player on the team that is the face of Facebook to our external mobile partner relationships in North America and serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You should be as comfortable using your consultative selling skills and negotiating deals with partners as working cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal to meet the strategic objectives of partners and Facebook. You should also expect to handle day-to-day operations and partnership management with many of our most important mobile partners, develop and execute on strategic partner initiatives, and advocate internally and externally for our mobile partners.


  • Develop and drive our mobile partner strategy to support complex and deep relationships with telcos
  • Initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain high impact strategic partnerships
  • Support new partners and liaise with Facebook product and technical support
  • Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to partners
  • Primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with Facebook’s key mobile partners
  • Internal and external advocate for our mobile partners
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years experience, including 5+ years of related partner or partner facing experience
  • Strategy consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of C-level priorities in telecom, digital media and advertising
  • Deep understanding of engagement patterns in retail, sales, technology and product organizations in the mobile industry
  • Business development experience negotiating complex technology or media deals
  • Digital and lifecycle marketing domain knowledge
  • Deep affinity for Facebook’s mission, products and mobile applications
  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and managing relationships post-deal closure
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • MBA
