Are you passionate about making Facebook the best global communication platform? We are seeking a Mobile Partnerships Manager who is obsessed with mobile technology, social media and business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer Internet and mobile industry, with an extensive network of contacts in the space. You have demonstrated strengths and expertise in strategic analysis, product management and marketing. You're a great executor, who can be bold and move fast. As a Mobile Partnerships Manager at Facebook you will define and drive growth initiatives, identify opportunities that acquire new users as well as strengthening the retention of current users. Plus you play a critical role in improving the product to enhance the Facebook user experience.


  • Build long lasting relationships and partnerships with Mobile Operators
  • Drive local execution of growth initiatives, spanning from the family of Facebook services, through innovative connectivity technologies to offline and retail driven growth programs
  • Analyse business metrics, establish marketing strategies to spur internet usage and work closely with partners to implement them
  • Collaborate with analytics, growth marketing, marketing, and other teams to analyse promotion, pricing, and other efforts with partners
  • Provide support and senior leadership to partners and project management teams
  • Develop partnership structure, mutual coordination, and best practices with ISP and telecoms operator partners
  • Interface with Partnerships, Connectivity, Policy, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver on agreed program goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant and proven experience in wireless or telecommunications in the MEA region
  • Deep experience in strategy, sales and marketing, and distribution for network operators across MEA
  • Highly analytical - used to working with and communicating data to partners
  • Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and Internet/consumer technology
  • Exceptional program management and communication abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 percent of time
