Facebook is seeking a Partner Services Insights & Data Specialist to focus on data-driven projects for the Media Partnerships team in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Media Partnerships team at Facebook works closely with the leading content creators around the world, including news publishers, broadcasters, sports teams/leagues, and public figures. This is a unique opportunity to execute on a strategy designed to support media publishers through data and insights in order to help them reach their objectives on and off Facebook platforms. Candidates must have experience working with large data sets, knowledge of the media industry and a willingness to get scrappy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate findings and distill analyses into relevant actionable insights
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key partnersProactively leverage data to analyze trends amongst publishers and communicate findings to the rest of the Media Partnerships Team
  • Run analyses to provide supporting details for partner case studies
  • Expand partnerships data infrastructure by building automated data pipelines
  • Assist with the creation of deep dive presentations for top-tier partner meetings
  • Work with global team to scale and standardize partner data support across markets
  • Work on special projects such as tracking internal objectives, goal setting and prioritization, and helping facilitate data-focused deep-dives to enhance partner performance
  • Consult with Media Partnerships Research team on research methodologies and in-depth projects
  • Present data/research projects to team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving
  • Experience manipulating data sets in SQL or equivalent
  • Experience visualizing data sets
  • Familiarity with Facebook's Page Insights and KPIs that media partners track externally
  • Understanding of the media industry and publisher ecosystem on Facebook
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results
  • Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Excel
