We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Facebook team, and have a fantastic opportunity for an Audience Network Marketing Communication Coordinator to support the Global Publisher Solutions team in all areas of the B2B marketing mix. This is a unique opportunity as this role will work with the content team, digital team and the brand marketing teams on Audience Network. This role is imperative to the success of how we capture moments and express our brand across our digital and event channels. This role will manage our video marketing efforts as well as scaled global programs. The focus around process, tools, and management of those tools will create impact and a high standard for our team. This person should be creative, flexible, detail oriented and looking for a role within a growing marketing communication team. The successful candidates will work closely with the entire marketing team, and help us push the boundaries and how we bring our content to life through our content and design. This role will also need to work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure Facebook is positioned as the strongest marketing platform in the world. This position is full-time, and is based in Menlo Park or Seattle

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content and Digital Leads to manage a body of work aligned against business goals or audiences
  • Video creative and marketing manager: Project manager video production, concept to execution, cross-functional planning and stakeholder management
  • Manage external video vendor sourcing, contracts, purchasing, and onboarding
  • Facilitate relationships between teams, moving process forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress
  • Predict roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teams
  • Oversee small global scaled programs (kits), and work with our regional teams to build turnkey program documentation and creative support for execution in region
  • Lead registration for all programs by overseeing the registration tools for global implementation, from tracking, language, and open rate metrics
  • Act as our Global Swag Owner by managing the purchasing, design, and distribution for client gifts globally
  • Project manage scaled digital campaigns, content coordination for events, and events, and facilitate legal and PR review for above projects, including initial distribution of necessarily releases, as well as post-production approvals
  • Track and manage the brand team budget

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years digital and media development experience
  • Project management experience with teams
  • Knowledge of venue sourcing, vendor management, and production schedules
  • Experience in project management tools
  • Flexibility for travel and after hours calls with our global partners in Singapore and London
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • History of self-initiated projects
  • Photoshop/illustrative work a plus
  • Understanding of the creative development process
  • Experience managing vendors
  • Experience at an agency or studio
