The Manager for the Gaming Client Solutions Team will provide leadership across a group of highly technical, experienced ad solution experts whose role is to inspire, activation, and optimize campaigns with our most important advertisers across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. As Manager for the Gaming CSM team, you will take ownership of the guidance and development of this critical function as the cornerstone of our overall sales motion. In our fast-paced environment, you will wear many hats, be expected to contribute towards the strategy and direction in multiple function areas, and collaborating across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders around the company – including sales, channel management, measurement, product development, marketing, and finance.


  • Coach, Support and Develop
  • Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of all team members.
  • Scale the team’s impact by recognizing and driving best practices across the organization and leading key automation and productivity initiatives. Coach the team on advanced solutions selling and leadership skills.
  • Lead the team growth strategy to identify needs and opportunities for the team’s growth and the recruitment plan to deliver against it.
  • Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices.
  • Vertical Growth Strategy
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to shape the Gaming growth strategy for greater China
  • Identify opportunities for short to mid-term revenue growth across the Client Solutions team to drive forecast and growth priorities.
  • Known as the go to person internally for vertical expertise and solutions
  • Establish the Gaming CSM team as a Center of Excellence for Performance Marketing within Facebook as a whole
  • Grow the Business
  • Work directly with top tier Gaming companies and our China reseller and agencies as a Facebook advertising expert.
  • Educate a list of focus clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
  • Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of these clients’ advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Leader with an ability to influence, develop, and empower people to achieve objectives with a cross-functional team approach.
  • Drive and ability to develop a team at an overall and individual level, supported by management or mentor experience
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action.
  • Ability to lead presentations and drive decisions at a senior management level – internally and with our external advertising partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects alongside strategic and team management responsibilities.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • Understanding and experience in the digital marketing space in China and the Gaming industry is an advantage
