The Security, Investigations, and Integrity group in Legal is looking for an experienced program manager with a demonstrated record of driving operational excellence and cross-functional coordination for complex initiatives. In this role, you will initiate and lead complex projects end-to-end. You will analyze, design and implement critical operational and process improvements across Legal teams working on online safety, security, and integrity issues. We are looking for an experienced self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and can operate independently to drive execution and organization across teams. This role will work closely with leaders across Legal teams to execute operational projects on high-priority issues. This is a full-time position.

• Drive end-to-end project management for high-priority initiatives, driving coordination across Legal and partner teams
• Analyze current state, identify issues, and design and implement streamlined improvements to policies and processes requiring global, cross-functional Legal coordination, input and/or approval
• Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems
• Build and deploy frameworks to rapidly organize complex issues and cross-functional teams
• Create resources, collateral and best practices to enable and support Legal teams
• Draft and manage internal communications around complex Legal issues for broad audiences
• Support overall program planning and execution of interdependent projects simultaneously
• Build and maintain relationships across multiple cross-functional and partner teams in Legal
• Build subject matter expertise in the online safety, security and integrity space

• B.S. or B.A. degree
• 8+ years of work experience in consulting, business operations, public policy, online safety and/or government
• Experience managing all aspects of project management and delivery
• Analytical aptitude and quantitative problem-solving experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and executing efficiently under pressure
• Experience delivering on multiple projects at once, managing competing priorities and stakeholder demands
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing both technical and business stakeholders

• MBA, MPP or other advanced degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy/Operations fields
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and trends impacting technology companies with respect to privacy and security frameworks
• Experience working in or with multiple sectors, including government, civil society, and law enforcement
• Experience working at a technology company
