For this reason, we work as a small consulting team, and we partner with business and HR leaders to identify needs and coordinate learning solutions that make our people better over time.We are hiring an L&D Business Partner to support the Global Business Group (GBG) team (the global sales arm of the Global Marketing Solutions team) at Facebook.

  • Diagnose organization, leadership, team & individual learning needs
  • Develop, deliver and execute learning strategies, consulting and collaborating on the needs of business with leaders, HR Business Partners and our global learning partners
  • Measure success, using data to provide insights and influence key stakeholders
  • Develop leaders and teams, diagnosing, designing and delivering facilitated team development interventions and targeted short-term engagements, focusing on the most critical leaders in the most strategic moments that matter
  • Help leaders, managers and teams understand their role in fostering the health of their team, leveraging and driving the adoption and integration of existing Leadership Development, Management Development and Diversity and Inclusion programs, tools and resources
  • Act as the connective tissue between L&D and the business, providing insights from the business to influence the design, development, implementation and optimization of L&D programs and resources
  • Drive change management by co-creating and executing thoughtful go-to-market plans for new solutions
  • Act as a champion of our programs by bringing the right stakeholders along and consulting on how to embed content, models, frameworks and language into the day-to-day of the business
  • Program manage L&D communications and marketing, building and executing on a communications roadmap for the year
  • Program manage existing and new learning programs specific to Global Marketing Solutions
  • Facilitate L&D leadership development, team development, manager development, professional skills programs and off-sites as needed
  • Partner with L&D Operations team to evaluate program effectiveness on a regular, cadenced basis and run quarterly business reviews with leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Influence across multiple cross-functional teams and groups without direct authority, collaborating to identify solutions that achieve shared results
  • Thrive in a "move fast" environment that's constantly changing, with the ability to prioritize work while still maintaining positive relationships
  • 6+ years of learning and development experience or related field, including needs analysis, strategy design and execution, consulting, implementation, and evaluation
  • Experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and experience to being a strategic partner
  • Facilitation experience and experience adapting content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
  • Experience creating and delivering programs to develop leaders, managers and teams through formal and informal methods
  • Experience building and executing a communications and marketing strategy
  • Experience supporting Sales and Marketing clients
  • Experience working in a technology industry
