The Leadership Sourcer will be a critical member of the Business Leadership Recruiting team partnering closely with Leadership Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find and assess leadership candidates for our Business functions: HR, Legal, Facilities, Security, Partnerships and HR organizations. The Leadership Sourcer will develop practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and invest time in activating passive candidates through a highly professional and engaged approach. We're seeking a dynamic Sourcer who will bring polish, creativity, scrappiness and team orientation to the Business Leadership Recruiting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, functions and how they fit into the organization
  • Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 8 years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team focused on leadership roles, i.e. Director level and above
  • Experience screening resumes to identify prospective candidates
  • Experience with research/sourcing and searching for requisitions
  • Experience with a candidate engagement approach and activating passive candidates
  • Interview experience with experience screening for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Industry knowledge with experience understanding tech skills, target companies and conferences
  • Interpersonal experience with experience communicating with recruiters and hiring managers
