International Billing Lead

The International Billing Lead must possess a strong understanding of operational and financial systems, and solid accounts receivable operational awareness. The position will also be expected to take ownership, identify process improvement opportunities for existing processes and controls. Partner closely with the regional Order to cash teams to understand local nuances and requirements to build a strong global process framework. Partner closely with Revenue Accounting & Global Sales CRM teams to develop best in class customer invoicing experience with Facebook, removing roadblocks and building scalable solutions. This position will also be involved in a variety of cross-functional projects that drive operational efficiencies, enhance reporting and analysis for improved decision-making.

INTERNATIONAL BILLING LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly operations around billing set up's and disputes
  • Analyse billing queries and build out dispute resolution processes
  • Leading continuous and data-driven improvement efforts for invoicing operations, encompassing process, tools, and data by collaborating across geographies and business units to harmonize invoicing setup requirements
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Revenue Accounting, Sales, CRM, product) to consider platforms/tools and system enhancements
  • recommending solutions to improve invoicing and improved customer experience while taking local and statutory requirements into consideration
  • Build strong, collaborative working relationships with BPO team with view to outsource daily activities
  • Measure and report on billing key performance metrics
  • Monitor process controls and oversees testing in compliance with SOX
  • Maintain and document relevant policies and procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of international Order to Cash process/operations experience
  • Understanding of local invoicing requirements across regions
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with proven skills in consulting with internal business clients and external customers
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the end to end process to the strategy of the business
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, partners and stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Ability to gain the trust of, negotiate with, influence and motivate a diverse group of stakeholders of varying levels
  • Ability to drive change and improve the end-to-end processes with a strong, proven track record in business process re-engineering and systems analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, problem-solving and solutions development
  • Strong understanding of internal controls including Sarbanes Oxley compliance
  • A proven track record of resourcefulness, as well as demonstrated experience of successful ideation and rollout of innovation, improvement and enhancement together with product teams
