HR Business Partner, Infrastructure Data Center

Facebook is seeking an experienced and energetic HR Business Partner to support the strategy of our functional Data Center leaders and their employees. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as it scales to double in size.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for building relationships with the technical teams to implement strategies that meet the development objectives of Facebook
  • Serve as primary contact to the Infrastructure Data Center (IDC) functional leaders on their people strategy and day-to-day partnering needs
  • Provide strategic business partnership to IDC managers at the Menlo Park central office
  • Partner with each leader on a development strategy for their employees
  • Focus on proactively identifying performance management, leadership development, and conflict management training needs
  • Facilitate assessment processes for team development
  • Partner with regional leaders as well as other cross-functional teams across L&D, Compensation, and Benefits on strategy, communications and best practices
  • Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management
  • Assess employee development needs at the Data Centers and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts
  • Review organization design for each function and provide recommendations based on the direction of the growth
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Experience working in an HR Function
  • Demonstrated project management/change management experience
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience helping global organizations scale
  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
  • Experience working in a tech, product focused organization
