HR Business Partner, Global Sales Organization

Facebook is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Canada and US Sales Organization and the ongoing capability development and role excellence across those teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as it scales in size. Reporting into the Head of HR for the Global Sales Organization, this position is located in our New York office and supports the Country Director for Canada, other US Based Sales Leaders, and the office of the Vice President of Global Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective People strategy for Canada and other US based sales organizations to drive business results
  • Provide strategic business partnership to executives
  • Provide executive coaching to top leaders, focus on leadership development, and conflict management
  • Ensure the delivery of industry leading HR services and innovative organizational development solutions
  • Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows
  • Lead the facilitation and management of all people programs rollout within your client groups (performance reviews, employee surveys etc.)
  • Partner with other HR Business Partners as other cross-functional teams across Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, Employee Relations, Benefits, Sales Operations on communications, projects and best practices
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • This role will have an element of Global project work in addition to Canada/US sales responsibilities
  • This will include partnering closely with the Scaled Excellence and Sales Operations team on a number of people related projects focused on role excellence, careers, building internal community as the Facebook Global Sales Organization continues to scale and grow
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Scaled Excellence, and the business to incubate and scale new programs designed to increase engagement
  • Partners closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience
  • Experience driving global projects
  • Experience helping global organizations scale
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • HRBP experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience working with employment issues in Canada
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR
