Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Building8 (B8) team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Menlo Park, HQ Office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR leader for members of the B8* teams to assist with HR, people, and team support
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors
  • Partners closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Manage the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Working with our Employee Relations Partners, Oversee employee relations issues as needed
  • Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Demonstrated project management/change management skills
  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • An understanding of the technology or Internet business
  • Experience helping global organizations scale

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Experience supporting Hardware and Supply Chain teams
