Facebook is seeking a Head of Agency to be the face of Facebook among key Holding Groups among Thailand agency community. This person will be accountable for driving revenue growth of head/parent office and relationships with all key agencies via partnering around its key clients, education, and strategic partnerships. It is important that you have deep knowledge in marketing communications and strategy, empathy and understanding of agency business models, and demonstrated experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions. You will work collaboratively with sales support, operations, product, marketing sciences and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting the needs of the agency and its clients in Thailand. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an agency strategy for Thailand that maximizes year-on-year growth of revenue via unlocking clients, converting and delivering on agency and client opportunities and build partnerships that scale revenue, via collaboration with sales, marketing, product, marketing sciences and operations
  • Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends and Facebook and Instagram marketing solutions
  • Partner with client teams to ensure all RFP’s are being captured and there is complete alignment between client and agency
  • Develop and implement programs to improve agency experience and education through training, business reviews, and product updates
  • Build and develop mid-level and senior level agency relationships with a focus on driving revenue of head/parent office, agency education and agency satisfaction
  • Drive relationships and communications between key agency groups in Thailand, and Facebook
  • Manage, negotiate and activate complex agency contracts to successful completion
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in an agency and/or marketing, strategy, and online advertising
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature, comfortable in ambiguous situations, and highly adaptable to change
  • Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
  • Great team player – strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Facebook
  • Deep understanding of agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, marketing sciences and operations
  • Ability to define and communicate agency strategies that align with business goals of both the agency and its clients
  • Extensive experience in communicating and partnering at all agency levels from C-Level executives and all throughout the agency
  • Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
