As a Hardware Engineering Manager on the Collaboration Hardware team, you will lead a team architecting, designing and building groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware and software to create new ways for people to work together. You work well in teams, can brainstorm big ideas, work in new technology areas, are able to drive a concept into a prototype, and a prototype into a volume product while thinking about design challenges spanning multiple domains, including electronics, mechanical, firmware and software.
This position is full-time and located in our London office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be both an effective people manager and a highly technical, hands-on engineer
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop team members
  • Help define and drive development of an aggressive roadmap to design, build and deploy hardware products
  • Support and lead engineers to deliver and sustain hardware products
  • Communicate cross-functionally across multiple organizations and with internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of direct management experience in a technology role
  • Experience with electronics system design and full lifecycle of electronics products
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering fundamentals
