Global Sourcing and Contracts Manager - HR and Partnerships

Facebook is currently searching for a seasoned professional to work in Finance to be part of the team that is responsible for management of our key strategic vendors, agreement negotiations, professional services, and purchases. This person will work closely with multiple business groups driving strategic sourcing strategies and executing contracts that support the business to ensure the best options for Facebook are obtained.


  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to strategically manage spend and the supply base for assigned categories
  • Understand the strategic business objectives and procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies and category roadmaps to support the business objectives
  • Identify and be an agent for 1099 compliance in managing contingent workforce vendors
  • Negotiate and manage a wide variety of contracts including insurance, amenities and professional services supporting a global customer base
  • Analyze internal requirements and external supply markets and develop strategic sourcing strategies and plans aligned with the business
  • Establish procurement performance targets and ensure alignment with the sourcing plans
  • Manage complex sourcing projects and lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company
  • Identify and report key performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as procurement subject matter expert in consulting with the business on procurement strategies, processes, policies, and best practices
  • Prepare sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents
  • Provide regular communication and training on processes and systems
  • Perform the supplier management function in collaboration with the business
  • Develop strong partnerships with Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, and Legal teams
  • Manage, coordinate, and support special projects as needed
  • BS degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance or management
  • 5+ years contracts, sourcing, or procurement experience
  • 3+ years of experience in category management for Human Resources, Partnerships, or Operations
  • Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management
  • Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes
  • Microsoft Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint experience
  • Global experience
