Global Service Delivery Governance Analyst

The Global Service Delivery Governance Analyst for P2P will support the Global Service Delivery Operations with governance and control related activities across the P2P process areas including the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operational Team area. This person will work closely with the Global Service Delivery Manager and Process Team Leads and as well as the BPO Service Delivery Manager and Team Leads to ensure compliance and adherence to the operational processes and procedures. This role's primary emphasis will be to drive operational efficiencies and excellence through 3 key focus areas.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Conduct comprehensive analyses of capacity/trends for the BPO Operations including projecting forecasts for capacity
    • Responsible for the compilation of the monthly metrics across all process areas
    • Collaborate with Process Leads on trends and assist as needed on initiating process changes
    • Manage review cycles for Operational Desktop Procedures(s) (DTPs)
    • Ensure updates including off cycle updates are timely implemented
    • Track and monitor the closure of operational process tasks and change requests
    • Service Delivery Operations Point of Contact for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the BPO Operations and participate in the quarterly tests
    • Will support the Outsourced Vendor Relationship Team as needed
  • Process Improvement:
    • Review proposed process and continuous initiatives with process owners and applicable stakeholders
    • Initiate action for execution of approved initiatives
    • Conduct quarterly process/continuous improvement idea generation sessions with the BPO teams
  • Compliance:
    • Maintain and monitor the SOX narrative cycle testing
    • Collaborate with control and process owners on performing narrative updates
    • Point of contact with Internal Audit (IA) for assessments including Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCR)
    • Assist with various audits including data collection and analyses
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of auditing/CPA/SOX experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working independently
  • Presentation experience (MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team and adapting to changing business demands
Preferred Qualifications
  • Procure-to-Pay process experience
  • Advanced degree i.e. CPA
  • Possess a keen attention to detail
  • Experience managing small projects or parts of large projects with stakeholders, business partners and internal process teams
