Global Programs Lead â€" Transformation and Compliance

We are seeking a smart, driven, and action-oriented individual. In this critical role, you will enable the Finance Transformation and Compliance team to achieve their strategic objectives by leading special initiatives, mobilizing key stakeholders, and advocating for the vision of the organization. This is a facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, absolute confidentiality where appropriate, and strong analytical skills.
This position will provide the opportunity to think strategically and develop key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate operational planning and execution. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication skills, compelling presentations and comprehensive business review materials that span all the various functions. The position will participate in overall strategy discussions and facilitate business execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in shaping and developing the strategic priorities and initiatives of the Finance Transformation and Compliance organization and working with the Leadership to execute key cross-functional projects
  • Lead select strategic initiatives, including managing program development and defining scope, roadmaps, and action plans
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to develop communications strategy, key messages and content for executive-level communications targeted at a variety of internal audiences
  • Assess and identify communication needs to develop and manage appropriate communication solutions for projects, ongoing business changes, and other corporate initiatives both large and small
  • Identify opportunities to communicate messages, driving engagement and connecting them to the organizational strategy, including executive emails, organizational announcements, policy and process changes, and updates on strategic initiatives
  • Enable and foster a culture of high organizational performance through internal and cross-group initiatives, team events, and leading cross-team projects to optimize organization performance
  • Plan key business activities and provide strategic direction and preparation for executive engagement across internal leadership meetings, all hands meetings, business reviews, industry events and other presentation engagements
  • Represent the Director of Finance Transformation and Compliance as needed in various forums interfacing with company leaders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Finance or related area
  • Knowledge of shared services strategies, operating models, processes, and technologies
  • Experience working, and building relationships with and influencing members of management of a public technology company
  • Experience working cross-functionally to identify, develop solutions for and execute even with business challenges
  • Analytical and communication experience
  • Experience creating presentations including experience turning data into a story
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • MBA, CPA, or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or IT
  • Demonstrated track record of successful interaction with executive leaders
  • Experience navigating large globally dispersed teams
  • Ability to think strategically and also act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of successful interaction with executive leaders
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large transformational implementations
  • Experience in the successful implementation of solutions at a global scale
  • Experience in managing multi-functional global initiatives
  • Contract negotiation experience with business process outsource organizations
