The Global Business Marketing team seeks an experienced Global Program Manager for the Facebook IQ team. The Global Program Manager will be responsible for developing a global marketing platform and distribution strategy for our insights practice. This candidate should have experience across all marketing channels including web, email, PR, video, podcasts, sales, events and more. In addition, the successful candidate will have expertise in building new, integrated, global programs and packages, building scalable platforms within which content can be leveraged around the world, and managing external vendors. Knowledge of marketing concepts and technologies within the digital advertising space, strong content marketing strategy, integrated marketing and channel marketing skills are a must, as is experience working with global or region-specific teams. Ideally the candidate will also have experience working with creative teams, channel managers, sales to deploy best-in-class solutions for the industry. Excellent project management, communication, creative skills are critical to success in this position, as is a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams with time sensitive deadlines. The candidate will need to combine strategic-thinking with a high degree of creativity to execute on high-impact, high-leverage, innovative materials and programs. This position is full-time, based in our Menlo Park or New York City offices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential project management oversight for Global programs in collaboration with Content Strategist and Global Campaign team
  • Develop a marketing strategy and communication platform alongside regional marketing leads for distributing insights to sales and the industry at large
  • Develop innovative and creative platforms and packages to scale these insights through various owned and FB channels
  • Drive central briefing and communication program on 'global' topics to ensure that content is fully scaled
  • Collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure adoption and schedule activation across channels
  • Work directly with the channel managers, Facebook marketing partners, product marketing communications, to deeply understand insights needs and integration opportunities
  • Work with global, regional and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for content
  • Act as liaison between team and Workfront team and build out and manage FBIQ specific templates/process
  • Work with Copy Editor to manage and improve translation process management
  • Support the regional teams on driving program execution and delivering performance / results
  • Measure results and optimize our program and implement improvements
  • Lead reporting and tracking of performance and ROI

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B with web technology companies, strategic consulting or advertising working with global brands or agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience building marketing insights programs and communications for marketers and the industry at large
  • Experience across all marketing channels and building integrated marketing plans
  • Cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
  • Creative perspective to bring ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Experience with project management tools (ie: Salesforce, iMeet, Workfront, etc.)
