Executive/Administrative Assistant, APAC Policy

Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our APAC Policy team. This position is full-time, located in our Singapore office.


  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for Director level executives
  • Provide additional team support to the wider APAC Policy Team
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • General administrative and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of full-time, recent administrative experience directly supporting 1 or more senior leaders
  • Excellent computer skills and advanced comprehension of Outlook
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong travel coordination skills
  • international travel experience required
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position
  • An understanding of how best to assimilate in a new group
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
  • Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to strengthen team programs
  • Be self-directed and take initiative
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proven establishment of solid connections to build successful relationships

  • BA/BS preferred
