Executive Assistant, Product Management

Facebook is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of our VP's in Product Management. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Facebook ecosystem. This position is full-time and located in Menlo Park, California at Facebook headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage hectic and complex calendars
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Help manage external speaking engagements
  • Organize space planning and large offsite events
  • General office duties as needed
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Able to multi-task and change direction quickly
  • Maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more senior executives
  • 8+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more senior executives
  • 8+ years of calendar management and expense report management for 1 or more executives
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience juggling multiple projects
  • Experience planning off-site events
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience with space management and planning
