Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager

Enterprise AR/VR team is seeking Sales Enablement Manager responsible for designing and implementing programs that drive new customer acquisition of Oculus and Portal products lines. The successful candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and tools required to drive engaged customers and indirect sales force. The Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager will partner with sales to develop a high impact strategy and work cross-functionally to implement.

ENTERPRISE SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains relationships with channel partners management to influence marketing training, and results
  • Cultivates channel partner relationships by conducting in person meetings and acting a headquarter liaison during their visits
  • Manage the process for updating .com enterprise pages and supported partner surfaces to include relevant stories for target customers
  • Develop on-boarding, training, white papers and customer sell-in collateral to accelerate customer decisions
  • Manages events and EBC logistics to ensure high impact conversations
  • Collaborates with sales on implementation of training initiative for multiple levels of the enterprise value chain
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and reflect it in content collateral
  • Manage the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of sales tools best practices
  • Establish regular cadence partner CSAT scorecard to identify gap and areas of opportunities
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve our support programs
  • Develop and optimize sales playbooks that enable our partners to sell more effectively
  • Develop a Facebook partner certification program that drives mindshare and engagement
  • Support sales during key sell-in as a product and use case expert
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales with focus on sales enablement
  • BA Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience working on global teams
  • Cross-functional experience influencing without directing
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Experience influencing through communicating context and story-telling
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience using data to influence decisions
