Employment Brand Manager, North America

Facebook's Global Employment Brand Team is seeking an Employment Brand Manager for North America to drive strategy and execution of our recruitment marketing and brand efforts in region. In this role, you'll develop marketing campaigns to promote Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate about our unique culture. This is a highly collaborative role; you'll partner across Recruiting, Communications, PR, Engineering and Business to identify opportunities and solutions to support recruiting and brand goals. You have a track record of building beautiful and engaging marketing content. Your passion for smart and creative ideas, along with your resourcefulness will be a great addition to the superpowers of this team. Optimism and out-of-the-box thinking are most welcome. This position will be based in either our New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA offices.


  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support regional hiring initiatives. Create marketing programs and campaigns, from brief development to implementation, including:
  • Work with partners to determine internal and external needs. Establish marketing goals and objectives for hiring areas with a strong focus on engineering and tech audiences
  • Create engaging content to share through our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games and puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates
  • Manage outreach and ad campaign strategy and execution
  • Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts
  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI
  • Positively position and increase brand awareness for Facebook as a company to work for
  • Strategically use Facebook products in recruitment efforts (Facebook LIVE, 360 video, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Set partner expectations through strong and consistent communication
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Collaborate with design, production development and engineering teams
  • Positively impact the candidate and employee experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years relevant marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience executing employment brand campaigns
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years demonstrating copy writing skills
  • Experience developing strategy and managing client relationships
  • Experience developing digital campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and other digital interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tech and engineering communication and marketing experience
  • A strong passion to help our recruiting and hiring teams connect with potential candidates in a meaningful way
  • Strong ability to integrate business needs into creative marketing campaigns
