Director, Social Good Partnerships

Facebook is looking for a results-driven Director, Social Good Partnerships, to lead the team building strategic relationships with social impact business, nonprofit, and community leaders worldwide. The Director of Social Good Partnerships will lead strategy development and execution for the partnerships teams in charitable giving, health, crisis response, and mentorship; lead a global team of business partner managers; advocate internally and externally for our partners; and work cross-functionally with the Product, Policy, Legal, Marketing and the Operations teams to develop new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. This is a full-time position located in Menlo Park.


  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business operations teams to understand new markets, define product needs and opportunities, and bring new products to market
  • Help drive product strategy through strategic partnerships with social impact businesses, nonprofits, and thought leaders
  • Initiate, structure, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with leading public- and private-sector social impact organizations and community leaders
  • Develop and meet product adoption targets that help our partners drive positive impact among their communities
  • Build, develop, retain and motivate a global team while recruiting for new members and continually raising the bar for talent and capabilities
  • Develop and execute programs to support partners in adopting new products and using Facebook products to advance their organizations' mission
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Facebook to drive product knowledge and adoption among key audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales
  • Experience managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and leading multi-stakeholder groups
  • Quantitative and analytical experience
  • Experience developing and executing business development strategy
  • Management experience with track record of increasing responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience leading deals
