We have an exciting opportunity to join the Creative Shop team working in partnership with our gaming team. You will work with dynamic, progressive and disruptive brands across Console & PC, Mobile, and Real Money Gaming.

As a Creative Strategist, you will be part of the team at Facebook that is leading the industry in building new ideas for a new breed of advertiser. You will be tasked with inspiring and influencing how these advertisers build strategies, concept ideas and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the next set of Facebook ad platforms. This role will be based in our EMEA Headquarters, Dublin.


  • Develop and deliver creative solutions that address the unique opportunities and challenges faced by gaming companies and positively influence the way these companies market on Facebook, Instagram and our emerging platforms
  • Build strong partnerships with the sales team, clients, agencies and cross-functional partners to champion bolder and more ambitious creative work
  • Contribute to the creative learning agenda for gaming by effectively scaling best practices and knowledge, and ensuring that the work continuously evolves to reflect the evolution of our platforms and changes in consumer behaviour
  • Work with Product teams on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger to learn, and drive adoption of, new product solutions, and contribute to our innovation agenda
  • 10+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director or Copywriter in a creative agency, gaming company or other content creator
  • Experience concepting, designing and presenting strategically grounded, brilliant creative work
  • Strong presentation skills - you should be able to own a room regardless of who is in it
  • Ability to manage and cultivate senior level relationships

  • Strong passion for visual storytelling and an ability to mock up/prototype ideas
  • Ability to judge creative work - strategically, conceptually and executionally
  • Attention to detail and passion for making sure production partners follow a creative vision to deliver top class execution
  • Experience with keynote and the Adobe suite of tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
