Come be part of a team at Facebook tasked with inventing and building world-class, socially designed marketing ideas for the world's largest brand marketers. The Creative Shop works with advertisers, agencies and studios to develop best-in-class creative across Facebook, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. Our team has grown from a variety of backgrounds, like brand strategists and creative directors but we're united by our passion for game-changing creative work. You'll combine your strategic powers, strong business acumen, creativity and growing understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms to build business-driving ideas that set the bar for the entire industry while driving our client's business objectives. You'll leverage strong storytelling abilities to present your ideas to our clients and execute in a relevant way, working hand in hand with Sales, Marketing Partners and Product. We're passionate about making brands successful in an open and connected world. This is a full-time position located in our São Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand and business strategy discussions of our top clients to uncover business needs and opportunities in the Brazilian market
  • Uncover social insights and develop Facebook and Instagram solutions that drive the key business goals while maintaining a high bar for creativity
  • Partner with others on the team, and also in the marketplace, to make your and their ideas shine, leveraging best practices to all campaigns and creative executions
  • Be a thought leader on how Facebook and Instagram are fundamentally changing brand and direct response marketing, taking advantage of both strategies when applicable
  • Work with Product teams on both Facebook and Instagram platforms to learn and use new product solutions driving timely innovation and relevance for global clients on local markets
  • Continually inspire our clients with a vision for their brands, game-changing ideas and plans to get them executed
  • Build an analytical and high-level approach on the creative processes and transform this into business insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing strategically grounded inspiring creative
  • Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography and/or animation
  • Strong interest in Facebook and Instagram, from the massive reach to mobile and video best practices as well as creative community and excellence
  • Articulate with critique of both strategic approach, planning skills and aesthetic execution
  • Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to build solid planning, think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual campaign ideas to full on, long-standing content franchises
  • Proven entrepreneurial and strategic skills by identifying big opportunities that thrive
  • A strong passion for people and desire to uncover consumer behavior supported by a solid analytical drive, to help our global clients connect with customers in an impactful way
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Keynote and PowerPoint. Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
