Creative Shop is a small crew of visionary and innovative creatives, strategists, builders, entrepreneurs and many more. You'll find us in Facebook offices around the globe, building world-class, game-changing ideas with our agency and brand partners across our growing suite of platforms and technology including FB, IG, WhatsApp, Messenger, Camera, etc. Our mission is to inspire, provoke, and serve industries and brands to help them astound communities at scale and drive massive business impact.
What we're looking for: Creatives who are driven to change the world of auto advertising as the industry evolves. They should be passionate about constantly learning, moving fast, tackling the seemingly impossible, and inventing the future of creativity and communication. The right candidate should also embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conceptual Thinker: "Move Fast" to develop and build game-changing creative ideas for the world's biggest auto brands and creative agencies - Ideas that will drive large-scale business impact.
  • Entrepreneur and collaborator: Optimistic and generous approach that builds trust and engagement with partners internally at Facebook and across our brand clients and agencies.
  • Storytelling Innovator: Develop provocative and revolutionary visual stories across Facebook platforms that are both highly crafted and effective on mobile.
  • Problem Solver: Tackle a whole range of creative challenges facing the auto vertical from Tier 1 launch and brand, to consideration, to reimagining Tier 2, In-Market and more.
  • Builder & Creator: Rapidly build, design and edit prototypes, presentations and solutions that bring your and other people's ideas to life.
  • Build and pitch big ideas to clients at the highest levels, as well as come up with smart creative ideas on the fly in brainstorm and work sessions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising as a Creative, Strategist and Maker.
  • 5+ years experience building ideas for auto brands and beyond.
  • Experience working on multiple brands and projects at different points in development.
  • Track record of bringing stories to life from concept through production.
  • Portfolio with work examples.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with presentation, design and video software
  • Proficient in crafting/cutting/editing/developing video content
  • A passion to experiment and prototype
