Content Operations Associate, Global Business Marketing

Facebook's Global Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced operations analyst to help us drive operational excellence across the content that powers all of Facebook's business marketing properties. This role is helping to create, build and own the operational processes around content management. You're the perfect candidate if you have the operational skills to come in, roll up your sleeves, and help us build and run processes and systems from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that content we create across all of marketing is maintained and managed.

Responsibilities

  • Own quality assessment program, strategy, and methodology to identify, monitor, reduce content inaccuracies/risk
  • Own and manage processes and reporting with cross-functional partners for tracking and monitoring performance on content accuracy
  • Conduct content audits and gap analysis, and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Lead process improvement projects and systems enhancements to increase the productivity of our teams and quality of our content
  • Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, product marketers, and others to serve a global business community
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives and goals for programs, gather and prioritize requirements
  • Gather and share content management best practices across Global Marketing Solutions organization
  • Ensure consistent taxonomy is used across tools and systems
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational or project management roles
  • Experience collaborating within a fast-paced team environment
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with or in a marketing organization
  • Skills in content management, including using content management systems and other web technologies.
