EMEA Gaming Sales, part of the global gaming sales team, manages the largest gaming partners in Europe, Israel and Russia. The team is split into three verticals: Mobile Gaming, Console/MMO and Real Money Gaming. Facebook is seeking a strong Client Solutions Manager to develop lasting partnerships with some of our largest partners in the Mobile Gaming industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gaming and have proven understanding of both online performance and mobile media. This role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen senior-level relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based at Facebook in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic marketing conversations with our largest gaming partners within the Mobile Gaming industry to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (i.e. facilitating plans & recommendations from such teams as product, marketing and customer solutions through to implementation)
  • Set and maintain goals with clients and sellers for all Facebook advertising objectives (brand, acquisition and reengagement)
  • Optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations
  • Become a Facebook product expert adept at using our solutions so our partners meet their business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 - 7+ years of advertising experience
  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry or media buying required
  • Previous experience working directly with media companies (established relationships with key customers in the mobile industry preferred)
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships (familiarity with advertising terms & conditions)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
  • High level of comfort presenting key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Facebook
  • Identify and leverage trends within industry of expertise/focus
  • Able to analyze and manipulate large data sets to understand patterns and surface actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is critical
  • Limited travel will be required
