Within the global industry, the greater China region represents one of the most robust gaming ecosystems and the momentum of Chinese gaming companies in the worldwide market is only accelerating forward. Our team's aspiration is to play an increasingly pivotal role in helping this community of game developers and publishers realize their global ambitions. ; The Client Solutions Manager for GCR Gaming is a solution sales expert and acts as the cornerstone of our partnerships with top-tier gaming companies across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for some of the world's most sophisticated performance marketing organizations. This will be the leading "go to" person for our key clients and collaborates with a broad range of internal sales and cross-functional teams to bring the right strategies & resources for these clients to ensure we are able to deliver best-in-class results. This role will focus specifically on the development of the rapidly emerging category of games that utilize ad-based monetization which is a key focus of our overall gaming strategy for the greater China region and presents a unique opportunity to engage closely with both our gaming clients as well as with our internal product development teams. Success in this position requires a passion for gaming, strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a deep commitment to client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment. This role is based in our Singapore office.


  • Work directly with key clients as a Facebook advertising expert
  • Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Facebook advertising products and methodologies, especially related to the In-App Advertising (IAA) category of games
  • Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns, with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
  • Educate clients on Facebook's advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
  • Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment
  • Clearly, succinctly communicate solutions for marketing goals in the form of recommendations around FB advertising products
  • Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures
  • Use research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and products as well as help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns
  • 6+ years of experience in an account management and/or data analysis function
  • Strong preference for in-market experience working in mainland China
  • Experience in the gaming and/or technology space a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities on an ongoing basis, conduct meaningful analyses, and inspire action through data-driven insights
  • Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment including the management of multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Deep proficiency in Excel is required
  • Skills in SQL and Tableau a major plus
  • Fluent in both Mandarin & English (spoken, written)
  • Travel required (20-25%)
