Client Solutions Manager

Facebook is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. Based in Belgium, the CSM will be part of our Brand team supporting clients in the CPG, Automotive and FinTech space. Many customers are operating multi-channel across countries and continents, with a strong focus on accelerating new business. We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. This person has a passion for marketing and business development, and firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes. With proven understanding of online brand and performance marketing, and full funnel business development, the CSM is responsible to deepen industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers. The CSM works in close collaboration with a client partner, jointly operating as a strong business team and trusted advisor towards our clients.
Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (including business modelling and dashboarding), with focus on client development. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the ability to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, yet strategic individual â€" someone who understands the importance of solution-based and scaled learnings. The role is a new position, and an outstanding opportunity to drive thought leadership building on platform and product expertise, being the go-to-expert in marketing strategy, planning and measurement. This position will be based in our Belgium office (Bruxelles), reporting into the Country Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop Key Accounts as well as an entire vertical (CPG / Automotive & FinTech)
  • Builds and manages relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
  • Good customer and industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of (Digital) Marketing, Technology, and accompanying Facebook solutions
  • Experience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understands how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy
  • Enable vertical growth by driving scaled training and learning solutions.
  • Drive product adoption in market
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners)
  • Capability to work in equal partnerships with client partners, identifying, creating, and implementing marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our business partners
  • Innovation-based solution perspective, building on client needs rather than implementing existing solutions
  • Radar for lighthouse innovation opportunities, with focus on projects that unlock new sources of revenue
  • Strong profiling as external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
  • Ability to translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solutions (actionable insights, translate results into recommendations)
  • Consulting skills towards clients and agencies in the field of planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns
  • Highly developed data analytics skills, translating data into insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions (including business modelling and dashboarding)
  • Natural confidence and strong presence towards C-Level representatives at key clients
  • Collaborative by nature, in working with a highly diverse group of cross functional teams, internally and externally
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years’ previous experience in marketing, media and/or consulting companies
  • Experience within the marketing industry and business development trends within the industry
  • Understanding of (online) (performance) marketing and major advertising success metrics
  • Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams and across different levels of senior management (internally and externally)
  • Experience of working in matrix organizations, able to orchestrate project and initiatives throughout multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with analyzing datasets delivering upon actionable insights required, advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Need for strong project management, communication and prioritization skills and internal/external partner management
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in an experienced team
  • Ability to confidently present to external clients
  • Strong passion for Technology and Facebook mission
  • Have a good Customer and industry Knowledge
  • Have a good knowledge of (Digital) Marketing, Technology, and accompanying Facebook solutions
  • Fluent in English, French & Dutch
  • Willing to travel (25%)
