Client Partner - Venture Capital & Start-Ups

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build and run new programs and way of thinking to help Facebook increase his footprint in VC and Start-Up ecosystemâ€<
  • Collaborate, orchestrate and influence with various internal stakeholders (varions team, X-country)â€<
  • Drive operational excellence with Sales teams and cross functional partners and ensure coordination and the smooth business rhythmsâ€<
  • Be involved in the creation and/or create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions, for all platforms (FB, IG, Messenger, WhatsApp)â€<
  • Identify new business opportunities and approaches, prioritizing against impactâ€<
  • Define, analyze and monitor key KPIs to track business impactâ€<
  • Improve and ensure VC relationships in the marketâ€<
  • Exceed commercial goals for yourself and the sales teamâ€<
  • Ensure that our end-clients receive the highest level of commercial and operational customer serviceâ€<
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills (at all levels of an organization) and proven record of working as part of a teamâ€<
  • Experience working in a matrixed complex organization across different teams â€<
  • Knowledge and appetite for the VC and start-up ecosystemâ€<
  • Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving strategic and operational excellence by building and leading projectsâ€<
  • Demonstrated success and drive for complex project management â€<
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against growth & KPIsâ€<
  • Proven ability presenting to and influencing top level decision makersâ€<
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment, with flexible mindset â€<
  • Previous sales experience is a plus. â€<
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in strategic consulting firms and/or Venture Capital experience
