Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced sales and marketing professional to help build long term partnerships with brands, directly and through their agencies, in Thailand. The role will be responsible for selling Facebook’s end to end marketing solutions to new clients whilst also establishing and growing long-term relationships with strategic clients.You will contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a professional with that has demonstrated strong performance in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Impeccable consultative sales and client engagement expertise is a must, as well as a passion for Facebook’s collaborative and innovative culture. Success in this position will require a proven ability to be a self starter who can not only build strong relationships, but also create and execute a business plan and operate confidently within Facebook’s evolving commercial landscape. This position is located in our Bangkok, Thailand office.


  • Help define Facebook’s overall approach and focus for priority clients
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook’s success with priority clients
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Facebook, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
  • Prospect and penetrate large organizations to obtain branded advertising
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising or top-tier consulting experience
  • Work with C-Level clients at clients and agencies
  • At least 4+ years managing client accounts
  • Knowledge of Financial Services vertical a plus
  • Knowledge of social media and vertical markets a plus
  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders
  • Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies
  • Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Great team player
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
