Facebook is seeking strong, experienced business and marketing professional to help build and market Facebook's advertising solutions to top advertisers and startups in SEA. You'll contribute to a high-calibre team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a seasoned professional who have worked in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity and demonstrated problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in driving growth as well as consulting experience on cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Help define Facebook's overall approach and focus in the vertical which comprises of startups in the ecommerce, ridesharing and edutech space
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Facebook's success in the Vertical
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, consultative support and services for Facebook, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
  • Understand key trends in the region (eg., emergence of edutech) and emerging resultant opportunities for Facebook
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
  • Create persuasive client presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Drive growth and secure goals for yourself and team
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales support and operational customer service
  • Represent Facebook at industry events
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of deep relevant experience in digital marketing, business development, sales experience preferable
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
  • Proven leadership ability to influence CXO level
  • Deep understanding of Performance marketing preferred
  • Deep analytical skills as the role will involve working with strong performance marketing agencies across the region
  • Results driven and detail oriented with a very hands on approach
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
