Facebook is seeking a Client Partner to evangelize and monetise Facebook's emerging advertising solutions to large advertisers, publishers/broadcasters and their agencies. The individual contributor position reports to Vertical Head, Travel and FinServ, and works closely with a Client Solutions Manager to drive solutions and monetization.The ideal candidate will have a mix of Brand Management experience in FinServ/FinTech/Media/consulting and Sales/Alliances experience in B2B. Sales/Media experience in advertising within agencies or companies will be a plus. Industry understanding, Deep Analytical skills, Priority management, Stakeholder management and the ability to reach and influence decision-makers, and a strong 'can-do' spirit that drives a self-starter are a must. Collaborative cross-functional influencing everyday, and a passion for Facebook and the evolving digital ecosystem are critical for success here. This position is located in our Mumbai office.


  • Analyze and understand industry variables and articulate role of Facebook in client's marketing/business objectives
  • Prospect and partner with agencies and organizations by building relationships with key decision makers
  • Create and deliver compelling Facebook proposition using client industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the Facebook platform value proposition and inspire action
  • Understand and drive adoption of key marketing research tools that help clients understand impact of Facebook
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for new and existing clients
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, and be the voice of the vertical in the organization
  • Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality output everyday
  • Exceed sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and pricing and yield goals

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBA with proven analytical skills in the experience set
  • 9+ years of experience in Media/B2B Sales plus Marketing/Brand Management
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals/business goals
  • Resilience to drive agenda in the face of objections
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and experience of setting up projects/businesses combined with a 'hands on' approach
  • Analytical ability to break a Marketing problem down to solutions and impact measurement
  • Ability to effectively manage time, reach decision-makers and quickly determine opportunity potential
  • Interest in technology/digital media/online trends and the ability to explain complex concepts in everyday terms
  • Knowledge of media, online advertising and agencies is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Great team player with a positive, go-getter attitude. Open to learn and challenge concepts
  • Ready to travel weekly for short durations
  • Strong network and networking skills would be an added advantage
