Facebook is seeking for an experienced senior sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook's advertising solutions to large advertisers in the CEE regions. The ideal candidate will have experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships or display advertising and able to generate revenues from companies and advertising agencies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing market, critical to Facebook's growth. This position is located in Warsaw, Poland.Facebook is seeking for an experienced senior marketing and sales professional to help build and sell Facebook's advertising solutions to the biggest advertisers in the CEE region. The ideal candidate will have the experience in marketing and advertising across offline & on-line ecosystem & be able to generate revenue from companies and advertising agencies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing market, critical to Facebook's growth. Greek, Czech, Romanian or Hungarian language is required on top of proficient English skills.This position is located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Relevant experience in Marketing or Media Sales required
  • Excellent communication skills in one of the CEE languages (Czech, Romanian, Hungarian or Greek) and English – both written and oral
  • Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agencies preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing and media-buying landscape (local and export markets a plus)
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding business or media/advertising sales revenue goals
  • Knowledge of social media, reseller channels and vertical markets a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Ability to get things done in challenging start up environment
  • Great team player.
