Business Operations Manager - Partnerships & Content

Facebook is currently seeking a highly analytical, driven, and insightful analyst for the Partnerships Finance team. The Partnerships Finance team is a uniquely data intensive and strategic part of Facebook's finance organization and plays a crucial role in delivering key insights to management. This position will focus on evaluating content deals, forecasting revenue at the show level, and providing additional support to other groups within the Partnerships organization when needed. The role is cross-functional and will require coordination across several groups within Facebook including Partnerships, Data Analytics, and Accounting.


  • Partner closely with the content acquisition team to evaluate potential content deals
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts by title
  • Identify and track financial KPI's
  • Present outcomes at reviews with business leaders across Facebook
  • Maintain/create core infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities
  • BS or MS in business-related or quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or similar discipline)
  • 4+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics or planning
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in synthesizing strategic insights, problem-solving individually or in a group setting, and knowledge in financial drivers of the business
  • Experience shifting priorities while maintaining organization
