Facebook is seeking an Agency Manager to work with the North America's leading media agencies and wider relevant agency landscape. To run a specific book of business as well as lead our efforts across channels, functions and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling cross-network marketing solutions to multi-channel advertisers and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers and drive new business. Additionally, the candidate will have experience of working within a matrix organization as well as experience in leading, coaching and influencing people to generate positive results. Candidates must have strong consultative sales skills, a collaborative and innovative spirit and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.   • Build, inspire, train and manage a talented, motivated, highly consultative sales and services team
  • Be seen as an industry thought leader and trusted peer by executives at the leading agencies and brands in the US
  • Manage and fulfill trading agreements with the agency delivering significant year over year growth
  • Set clear agency business plans, with defined milestones and KPI's
  • Conduct regular QBR's with leadership at each holding group agency
  • Understand our client's businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs
  • Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals and develop scalable operations solutions and improvements to support Facebook's continued advertiser growth
  • Agency Manager must work closely with the Agency Partners to ensure pipelines are accurate and all major opportunities covered off within them
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
  • Evangelize Facebook with agencies, clients and at targeted events, conferences and media opportunities and champion Facebook product releases internally
  • Establish high level advertising agency relationships with the agency MDs and CEOs with a focus on driving strategic revenue, agency education & agency satisfaction
  • Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising and adapt to Facebook's ongoing product and technology developments
  • Create and present needs-based solutions and high quality answers to RFPs via telephone, webinar and customer meetings
  • Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
  • Excellent ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive profitable business results including reviewing teams forecast and drive accuracy and effectiveness
  • Create and deliver consultative sales using industry knowledge, market trends, and Facebook marketing solutions
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Be point of escalation for any potential issues that could impact revenue
  • Analyze campaign statistics to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients' goals, metrics, and objectives
  • Ensure that you and your team always deliver the highest level of customer service and present Facebook solutions in a compelling, positive and professional way

Minimum Qualifications

  • 20-30% travel
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years professional experience in agency or sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a performing team including providing coaching and mentoring to other Team Leads
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing change management programs with the ability to lead, support and manage these to a conclusion.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation.
  • Demonstrated track record in leading a sales team to surpass its targets and grow the scale of the business partnerships under their control
  • Applied experience in defining the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Direct agency management experience
  • Analytical and strategic planning background
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
