Administrative Assistant, Production Engineering

Facebook is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support 2 Executives on our Infrastructure team. This person should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, a problem-solver and exhibit sound judgment. This person must also have a deep understanding of the Facebook community as well as a passion for Facebook’s products. This position is full-time and located in Menlo Park, California.


  • Perform administrative tasks including: complex calendar management for internal and external meetings, Manage heavy domestic and International travel arrangements, and complete expense reports
  • Manage team meeting schedule, structure, agenda and follow-up
  • Project manage all logistics for team off-sites and frequent team events
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and speaking engagements
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting 2 or more executives
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 2 or more executives
  • 3+ years of calendar management and expense report management for 2 or more executives
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passionate about Facebook with a strong understanding of its products
  • Able to think, plan, and execute quickly and resourcefully, both autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to operate with a high level of confidentiality
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
  • Experience with scaling space management and planning to accommodate regular growth amongst teams
