Customer Acquisition Coordinator

FabFitFun is looking for a bright and motivated Customer Acquisition Coordinator to join our savvy in-house Acquisition Marketing team to help drive customer growth for FabFitFun’s VIP subscription membership across new channels and partners. The ideal candidate is cleverly creative, aptly analytical, highly organized, and considers customer acquisition an art as much as a science.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with deals and relationships with various media partners and/or agencies
  • Help plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate paid channels (digital, mobile, video, radio, podcasting, e-mail, direct mail, etc.)
  • Support daily operations of advertising campaigns including set up and monitoring
  • Analyze campaign and ad performance data in order to support optimization decisions
  • Help execute optimization of targeting creatives, messaging, spend and bids across campaigns
  • Brainstorm and develop content and creatives that will drive high-response rates in addition to maintaining brand voice and aesthetic
  • Develop and maintain testing methodology for creatives, placements, and audiences
  • Conduct market research to identify new partners and acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, influencer, content, and merchandising teams to leverage strategies for each ad partner and channel

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years experience managing results-oriented customer acquisition campaigns across various media channels, including search, display, mobile, podcasting, RTB, and programmatic buying
  • Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving
  • Able to effectively communicate with advertising partners to efficiently drive campaign performance
  • Awesome Excel skills and familiarity with Google Docs and the rest of the MS Office Suite
  • Able to seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels/partners
  • Able to innovate new ways to develop and constantly improve UA strategy
  • Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
  • Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
  • Passion for new technology and staying on the pulse of effective growth tactics
