Consumer Insights Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Consumer Insights Marketing Coordinator to help us examine our customer data so we can build boxes and create a personalized FabFitFun experience that our members will love. This role will work closely across various parts of the marketing team as well as with the merchandising team to provide analysis and conclusions to guide our box content choices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create, send, and analyze consumer surveys including coding, tagging, and organizing free response questions to help us understand our members’ preferences
  • Report consumer behavior findings in a clear and concise manner so the organization can use that data to make key business decisions
  • Work with the merchandising team to understand all the products we are considering putting in the box and testing those product choices with customers
  • Collaborate with the email marketing team to create a survey schedule to effectively time member contact
  • Create beautiful and informative powerpoint presentations summarizing consumer research findings to share with the organization
  • Work with the product team to automate some of the survey executions
  • Research customer insights best practices, process and technologies such as survey platforms, focus groups, and testing panels


What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 1 year experience in consumer marketing data collection and analysis
  • Proven success in creating presentations using Powerpoint, Google Slides, or other presentation software tools
  • Experience working in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to analyze data and summarize in a clear concise manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Experience working well in a fast-paced environment
