F5 Networks, a leader in Application Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced Recruiter to join TLV team. You will be a key member of this high performing team, where you will source and recruit talented engineers into the F5 organization. You will identify and attract hard to find Top Talent who meet the needs of our business. The primary focus will be supporting software, and test engineering teams.
- Partner with internal F5 engineering managers to source qualified applicants who meet our technical requirements, utilizing internal and external database tools, internet research, industry and personal networks to identify potential applicants
- Effectively and professionally engage with prospective candidates, representing F5 as an employer of choice
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with F5's technical teams by providing detailed information on the company, department background, and expectation-setting
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active research and on-going relationship management
- Track and provide sourcing metrics to ensure effective hiring and evaluate trends
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to source and recruit qualified candidates utilizing the internet, databases, social media and personal network
- Ability to market F5 Networks as an Employer of Choice, and capable of articulating company technology and products
- Ability to build credible relationships with hiring managers, co-workers and applicants
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management systems, and experience with online applicant tracking systems
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other web-based candidate sourcing techniques.
- 5 years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience
- BA or BS degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
