This Senior Territory and Quota Analyst role will provide the opportunity to build your own experience and make an impact in f5's transformation.

What will you do?

  • This role will primarily support the Americas sales team but also provide worldwide assistance where needed.
  • Own the account segmentation strategy, that supports f5's overall strategic roadmap while optimizing sales productivity.
  • Incorporate segmentation capabilities into Anaplan SaaS to enable Sales Leaders to make analytically-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with North America Senior Sales Leaders to plan and model out account segments.
  • Work with Finance and the Sales Strategy on head count and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with segmentation strategy.
  • In collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations leaders, design and execute on a worldwide annual quota setting strategy and process.
  • Lead the end-to-end annual quota setting process for the North America sales team including resolution of mid-year quota issues.
  • Develop and execute on quota management policies and procedures.
  • Communication and rollout of account segmentation and quota strategies to the Americas Sales organization.
  • Identify key performance metrics to design and build recurring management reporting in Tableau SaaS.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data in Anaplan SaaS.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in all areas of responsibility including processes and Anaplan mechanics and functionality.
  • The ability to travel via automobile or airplane, up to 10% of the time spent traveling.

  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Anaplan experience preferred
  • Tableau, IBM Cognos ICM (Varicent) experience a plus

How do you qualify?
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required (or equivalent, directly transferrable experience)
  • 8 years experience in leading and delivering solutions in a sales operations role, ideally in the Tech industry.
