Position Summary

This position is responsible for all Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence and Jira-align and some other tools like Bugzilla, GitPrime, Git, Peforce. Collaborate with peers under the direction of technical leads on assigned project teams.

Primary Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of working experience with JIRA management tools and confluence pages administration.
  • Good experience in Jira Align ( formally know as AgileCraft) administration.
  • Address all the tickets regarding Jira , Confluence, Jira-align.
  • Administration of Jira and Confluence tools.
  • Administration of Bugzilla.
  • Administration of GitPrime.
  • Managing and maintaining Jira Plugins like Structure, Portfolio, etc.
  • Create/Manage integration between Jira and Jira-align (AgileCraft).
  • Experience on create/maintain/delete Custom fields, Projects, Issue Types, Users, etc.
  • Create and maintain of complex workflows.
  • Maintain Jira/Confluence performance good.
  • Create/Manage all the schemas in Jira and all the confluence pages/spaces.
  • Experience in create/manage/delete AgileCraft Project, Dashboard, Reports, Users.
  • Managing all the integrations with Jira.
  • Maintaining Jira scripting and backups.
  • Creating/Managing boards and reports.
  • Good team player and independent performer.
  • Experience providing training to development teams on how to track, plan and analyze using JIRA and Jira-align.
  • Git, Peforce.
  • VM technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
  • Go, Python, SQL, Perl.
  • Linux/Unix environment.
  • Ansible, OpenStack, ELK, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ, Celery.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent experience in Jira administration.
  • Must have Bugzilla working knowledge.
  • Must have GitPrime knowledge.
  • Must have basic Database querying knowledge.
  • Good experience in AgileCraft administration.
  • Good experience in integration of Jira and AgileCraft.
  • Good experience in Confluence.
  • Good experience in basic scripting in Jira like Script Runner.
  • Experience in basic in SQL queries with JOIN.
  • Knowledge on Jira DB schema.
  • Good Experience in RESTful API.
  • Knowledge on DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, etc).
  • Analytic / trouble-shooting skills
  • Able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications


Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
