What will you do?

As a Salesforce(SFDC) Solutions Architect, you will help, guide and mentor the Salesforce development teams, design the technical solutions, enable the teams with best coding practices, CI/CD and code reviews to meet business process & application requirements. The successful candidate must be able to work directly with stakeholders to design highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions and technologies. These technologies include--but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs, Lightning, Mobile Applications, and integration/ETL technologies. The Solution Architect will be expected to maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, take responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems, with a global one team mindset.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
SFDC SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Develop technical solution designs & recommendations using Salesforce technology for complex business use cases that align to the business value the company is trying to achieve.
  • Establish a solid architecture foundation, effective architecture governance and a continuous delivery engine to leverage our own platform and products.
  • Drive, through governance and attention to critical architecture decisions, adherence to standards and best practices in domains such as: Security, Performance, Integration, Analytics, Mobile, Release Management and Development Lifecycle.
  • Overall solution architect for Salesforce Platform (this is across all SFDC products & integrations)
  • Long-term vision is someone who grows to owning all Sales & Marketing Technology Stack from a Solution Arch perspective
  • Provide ad hoc subject matter expertise as warranted via customer needs and business demands including but to limited to practice operations, pre-sales support, field assistance, etc.
  • Needs to be a key decision maker in all technology decisions and works alongside VP and SFDC Delivery leads to set standards with development practice and ownership of solution design of SFDC.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and administration/configuration
  • Partner with PMs, POs, Architecture on a regular cadence.
  • Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive successful resolution
  • Partner with other architects to build customer centric, quality first solutions

What will we look for on your resume?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Architect in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with some experience as a programmer.
  • Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, security, single sign on, and master data management.
  • Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining such as App Builder, Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Systems Architect.
  • Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net preferred.
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies
